Hi ladies! I’m Bethany and I’m passionate about celebrating God’s design for love, intimacy and marriage through faith-centered boudoir photography! My dream is to create a safe, uplifting space where women - whether preparing for their wedding or celebrating years of marriage - can embrace their God-given beauty and confidence. I believe that every woman is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and each marriage is a sacred covenant to be honored and cherished. Through photography, I aim to help woman celebrate themselves for their husbands, nature intamcy, and create timeless keepsakes that reflect love, trust, and faith!
HERE’S A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME…
I am 34 years old. I’ve been married to the love of my life for 13 years and we have 2 beautiful kids - 1 girl and 1 boy. We also have 2 dogs and a cat that we consider family! I love God, my family, ALL types of pasta, reading good books, candles, iced coffee and thirfting. My husband and I are very involved at our Church - I sing on the worship team, help with our youth group and take photos for our social media pages! I only like to cook when I know the recipe, I’m extremely directionally challenged (thank God for the GPS), my nick name growing up was Doddelbug or Betty-Lou, I’m 5’0 and use a stool for every boudoir session for this reason haha! I’m the middle child with one older brother and one younger brother, I love sports and I’m a little too competitive lol. I also have some of the best family and friends a girl could ever ask for!
My photography journey started 10 years ago. I was a 911 dispatcher at the time and absolutely loved my job, but I found my true passion through the creativity of capturing special moments in time. Like most other newbies, I did just about every type of photography I could - seniors, engagements, wedding, elopement, newborn, random events, etc! In 2017 I started offering boudoir session for my Brides and immediately knew that it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. In 2020 I officially began my transition into becoming a full time Boudoir photographer and my only regret is not doing it sooner!
